Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Description

Establish the Forward Deployed Engineering function by embedding with power engineers and GTM teams to translate complex utility problems into product requirements. Lead the dogfooding, rollout, and adoption of AI-native tooling while building prototypes and integrations to improve grid intelligence workflows.

Requirements: Requires a product-minded software engineer with strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/data workflows, preferably with experience in power systems or utilities. Must possess high agency and the ability to drive the adoption of new technical workflows within complex enterprise environments.
