Senior Software Engineer, Evaluation Flywheel — Autonomous Vehicles

Job Description

Own the strategy, architecture, and execution of the evaluation flywheel to ensure the trustworthiness of the autonomous driving stack. Build tooling for metric developers and partner with cross-functional teams to integrate VLM-based evaluation and improve model development velocity.

Requirements: Requires a BS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field with over 12 years of software building experience. Must have deep expertise in evaluating ML or robotic systems, specifically in metric design and production-scale data pipelines using Python.
