The Facilities Operations Manager oversees daily maintenance, custodial, and landscaping services for multiple annexes and the Central Utility Plant. They serve as the primary government point of contact for facility operations, project development, and emergency response coordination.

Requirements: Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance and pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. The role requires experience in managing trades personnel, overseeing facility contracts, and ensuring strict adherence to service order completion timelines.
