Director of Land Acquisition

Job Description

The Director of Land Acquisition is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing residential land opportunities to drive company growth. This includes managing the entire acquisition lifecycle from sourcing and financial underwriting to negotiation and closing.

Requirements: Candidates must have 5 to 10+ years of experience in residential real estate acquisition and entitlements with a proven track record of closing complex deals. A bachelor's degree in Business, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
