Design and develop advanced networking features and P4 programs for Cisco Silicon One architecture. Lead major business projects, mentor senior engineers, and collaborate with ASIC engineers to optimize network-processing pipelines.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's with 12+ years or a Master's with 8+ years of experience in C, C++, or P4 software development. Must have expertise in L2/L3 networking protocols and Python for developing scalable software solutions.
