Job Description

Architect and deliver distributed backend systems and foundational infrastructure to power customer service and compliance platforms. Lead technical direction, define strategic roadmaps, and mentor engineers to improve overall engineering quality.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep proficiency in Go and experience building scalable, high-traffic backend services. Must have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, DevOps tooling, and a proven track record of leading technical projects end-to-end.
