**Operations Software Engineer - Integration
Overview:**
We are seeking an Operations Software Engineer to support and maintain integration platforms and APIs within a Microsoft technology environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Azure, BizTalk, and .NET, along with strong production support and troubleshooting skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance integration platforms and APIs.
* Provide production and operational support for integration services.
* Ensure platform security, performance, reliability, and availability.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
* Recommend improvements and best practices for integration platforms.
* Support solution lifecycle management and continuous improvements.

**Requirements:**

* Experience in software operations, production support, or integration engineering.
* Hands-on experience with Azure, BizTalk, and .NET.
* Experience with APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
* Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
