Our client is growing their multi-discipline engineering practice and is seeking a licensed PE Electrical Engineer to lead the design of building electrical systems across a variety of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. This is a hands-on engineering role with leadership responsibility, technical ownership, and the opportunity to mentor junior staff while working closely with clients***. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to be a Partner in the firm.***

**Salary:**$100,000 to $125,000 Depending on Experience
**Location:** Greenville, SC
**What You'll Do**

As a PE Electrical Engineer, you'll take ownership of electrical system design from concept through construction.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Design and engineer power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems
* Perform load calculations, short-circuit and fault current analysis, and coordination studies
* Develop single-line diagrams, panel schedules, wiring layouts, and technical specifications
* Produce and review drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM)
* Support construction activities including site visits, submittal reviews, and commissioning
* Coordinate designs with mechanical, civil, and structural teams
* Mentor junior engineers/designers and provide QA/QC oversight
* Interface with clients, utilities, and vendors to ensure code compliance and on-time delivery
**Qualifications**
- -----------------
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
* Strong experience with electrical power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage system design
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
* Working knowledge of NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and applicable state/local electrical codes
* Previous Project Management experience
* Forensic engineering or failure analysis experience a plus
* Renewable energy systems (solar PV), generators, or UPS systems experience a plus
* Client development or proposal writing experience a plus
