**Description:**

We are seeking an experienced **Product Engineer** to support advanced semiconductor products throughout the product lifecycle, from development and silicon bring-up to high-volume manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive product engineering activities from development through production.

* Optimize manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and test processes to improve quality, reliability, and scalability.

* Lead product qualification and reliability programs.

* Analyze manufacturing and yield data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

* Support new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp activities.

* Lead failure analysis investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

* Collaborate with external manufacturing partners and internal cross-functional teams.

* Drive cost reduction efforts while maintaining product quality and reliability.

**Requirements**

* B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

* 5+ years of Product Engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.

* Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, CMOS technologies, and product lifecycle management.

* Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.

* Experience with product qualification, reliability testing, and data analysis.

* Familiarity with semiconductor packaging, assembly, and failure analysis methodologies.

* Experience with statistical analysis, DOE, and yield improvement.

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.

* Excellent English communication skills.

**Nice to have**

* Experience with electrical test (ET) analysis.

* Hands-on failure analysis experience.

* Knowledge of ASIC/VLSI design flows.

* Experience with Python, Perl, TCL, or similar scripting languages.

* Experience working with external manufacturing and assembly partners
