Identity Governance & Administration(IGA) Engineer

Job Description

Job Summary

The IGA Engineer designs, implements, and maintains identity governance solutions that automate identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and compliance reporting across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

* Configure and maintain IGA platforms.

* Develop provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.

* Implement role-based access controls.

* Support access certification campaigns.

* Integrate enterprise applications with IGA solutions.

* Create compliance and audit reports.

* Troubleshoot identity governance issues.

* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

* Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.

* Knowledge of identity lifecycle management.

* Understanding of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

* Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

* Experience with Active Directory and LDAP.

* Scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or Java.

Desired Skills/Experience

* IGA platform certifications.

* Experience with cloud identity platforms.

* Knowledge of PAM integrations.

* Experience supporting compliance initiatives.

Minimum Education

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

* Minimum 5 years of IAM/IGA experience.

Job Stipulations

* Participation in scheduled maintenance windows.

Physical Requirements

* Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.

Recommended Clearance Language

* Must be a U.S. Citizen.

* Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher security clearance.

* Must comply with all customer background investigation requirements.
