Your morning starts in the San Antonio--Austin market, coffee in hand, headed to a customer shop where a high-precision VMC needs a quick diagnosis. By midday, you're verifying an installation checklist at another facility, and by afternoon you're wrapping up a preventive maintenance visit so your customer's spindle stays humming. Most days end close to home, with only minimal nights away during the week.

### What you'll take on

* Deliver day-to-day field service across the local market: repair, installation, and preventive maintenance.
* Diagnose and resolve customer issues; support sales efforts and deliver light user training when needed.
* Communicate clearly with operators, programmers, maintenance leads, and managers.
* Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
* Own your service cases and projects; keep accurate customer records and technical documentation.
* Pitch in on additional related tasks as assigned.

### What you bring

* Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
* Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
* Customer-first mindset with clear, professional communication.
