End point Engineer - TX location

Job Description

**Role: End point Engineer III**

**Location: Reston/Plano, TX - hybrid 3 days onsite**

**Experience: 10 years**

**Pay rate: $56/hr on W2**

Experience supporting, using technology -- Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune
Medium level of knowledge and experience with Apple MacOS Support and Troubleshooting
Provide end-user support for mobile devices (iOS, Android) including smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications
Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents based on log data
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement
Strong troubleshooting methodology skills
Must be able to document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately
Experience with change management concepts, tools and implementations preferred
Excellent documentation, writing skills
Experience with ServiceNow desired
This position will be onsite/hybrid to RTC
