Civil Practice Lead

Job Description

Lead and expand the Civil practice in the Washington, DC Metro Region by driving business development and managing multiple projects. The role involves mentoring staff and delivering high-quality client service while pursuing a path toward firm ownership.

Requirements: Requires a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with 10-15 years of experience in private civil consulting, specifically within the DC/MD/VA region. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D and possess strong local connections to generate new project opportunities.
