Job Description

Lead a materials engineering team to develop and industrialize PCB materials, epoxy systems, and thermal interface materials for electronics packaging. Set technical direction for formulation, reliability qualification, and supplier scale-up to ensure high-volume manufacturability.

Requirements: Requires a degree in Materials Science, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (M.S. or Ph.D. preferred) with over 12 years of experience in electronic materials. Must have 5+ years of leadership experience and deep expertise in PCB laminates, epoxies, or TIMs.
