Job Description

Lead the technical direction and development of real-time matching optimization and ML systems for Uber's global marketplace. Design decision policies and behavioral models to balance competing goals across riders, drivers, and the platform.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 8+ years of industry experience in ML (or 6+ years with a PhD). Must have deep expertise in production ML systems, reinforcement learning, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
