Civil & Site Development Manager

Job Description

Lead civil engineering and site-development activities for a large-scale data center campus, overseeing earthwork, drainage, and utilities. Coordinate with consultants, agencies, and contractors to ensure site readiness and support phased vertical construction.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of experience in large-site civil development or heavy civil construction, preferably within industrial or data center environments. A civil engineering degree is preferred, and a Texas PE license is considered a plus.
