Energetics Manufacturing Engineer - level 3/4

Job Description

Analyze and design operational sequences, workflows, and equipment layouts to improve efficiency and throughput in production operations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and use data-driven tools to eliminate bottlenecks and standardize manufacturing metrics.

Requirements: Requires a STEM degree with 5-8+ years of experience depending on the level, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Candidates must have demonstrated expertise in process mapping, standard work methodologies, and Lean or Six Sigma project execution.
