We're hiring a **Field Engineer** to support construction, installation, commissioning, and startup activities for a large-scale food waste-to-energy facility in Burley, Idaho. **What You'll Do**

* Provide field engineering support during construction and installation activities
* Work directly with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
* Review engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents
* Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with design requirements
* Assist with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
* Conduct inspections and support quality assurance efforts
* Coordinate field changes and construction documentation updates
* Support project schedules and daily construction activities
* Participate in equipment testing, commissioning, and startup activities
* Promote a safe and efficient jobsite environment

**Required Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
* Experience supporting construction, operations, maintenance, field engineering, or industrial projects
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and organizational abilities
* Ability to work onsite in Burley, Idaho

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
* Professional Engineer (PE) license
* Industrial construction experience
* Mechanical, electrical, or process systems experience
* Renewable energy, power generation, manufacturing, food processing, or pharmaceutical experience
* Commissioning and startup experience
* Experience working directly with contractors and field personnel
