Job Description

Lead a small manufacturing team while remaining hands-on with technical engineering and production activities. Focus on troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing continuous improvement processes for bespoke electrical equipment.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and experience within a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens with leadership experience or the readiness to step into a leadership role.
