Job Description

Lead the Slack Kit and Accessibility engineering team to maintain the UI design system and frontend component library. Drive the overall accessibility strategy and modernize the CSS architecture while coaching engineers for career growth.

Requirements: Requires 3+ years of engineering leadership experience and a background as a Senior Frontend Software Engineer. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with strong communication and mentoring skills.
