Principal Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead the technical strategy and mechanical design of complex injection molded products from concept through production launch. Mentor a team of engineers while managing DFM reviews, prototyping, and cross-functional integration with manufacturing and suppliers.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years of design experience, including 5 years in New Product Development. Must be proficient in 3D CAD/FEA tools and have a deep understanding of materials, GD&T, and overseas supplier management.
