Job Description

Lead technical development for mid- to high-complexity power tool projects, turning early-stage concepts into manufacturable products. This involves performing mechanical stress analysis, conducting root cause investigations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance performance and cost.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and at least five years of machine design experience. Candidates must be proficient in 3D CAD and have a strong understanding of applied statistics and process control.
