Staff Software Engineer, Performance- Weights & Biases

Job Description

Take technical ownership of complex performance challenges to improve system scalability and latency across the W&B platform. Design benchmarking frameworks and collaborate cross-functionally to embed performance thinking into the development lifecycle.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years focused on performance, scalability, or observability. Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript and deep knowledge of distributed systems and performance monitoring tools are essential.
