Lead Security Engineer

Job Description

Own the application and cloud security posture, including the secure development lifecycle and compliance programs for the Software Factory. Act as the primary technical security counterpart for enterprise customers and lead incident response and threat modeling efforts.

Requirements: Requires 7-10 years of IT/DevOps experience with at least 3 years focused on security and a track record of leading security functions at a startup. Must be a hands-on engineer proficient in Python, TypeScript, AWS, and various compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and HIPAA.
