The role is responsible for ensuring ServiceNow serves as the enterprise system of record for technology assets, software, and operational data. The engineer will design, govern, and continuously improve the enterprise information model.

Requirements: The candidate must be a hands-on expert in ServiceNow data architecture, CSDM, and CMDB. Experience in IT Asset Management and enterprise process modeling is required to establish a trusted enterprise registry.
