Staff Software Engineer- AI Workload Orchestration

Job Description

Lead the technical vision and architecture for CoreWeave's Kubernetes-native AI workload orchestration platform. Design scalable primitives for scheduling and governing AI workloads across large GPU clusters while mentoring senior engineers.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Go, Kubernetes internals, and distributed systems. Proven ability to lead cross-team technical initiatives and manage mission-critical production systems at scale is essential.
