Staff Software Engineer, IAM

Job Description

Lead the architectural strategy and implementation of high-throughput distributed systems for authentication and authorization. Partner with leadership to define a multi-year technical roadmap and mentor senior engineers to foster a high-performance engineering culture.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of experience with large-scale distributed systems and 5+ years of deep IAM domain expertise. Candidates must be proficient in Go, TypeScript, or React and have a strong understanding of cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes.
