Senior Software Engineer - GPU Kernel Authoring & Optimization

Job Description

Author, profile, and optimize high-performance GPU kernels to maximize throughput and minimize latency for large-scale LLM inference. Lead the implementation of benchmarking workflows and contribute to industry-standard publications like MLPerf.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of experience in HPC or GPU software with deep fluency in CUDA and GPU memory models. Proficiency in C++ and Python is essential, with a strong understanding of tensor cores and profiling tools like Nsight.
