Engineer/Principal Industrial Engineer Level 2/3

Job Description

The role involves analyzing lead times and throughput to optimize product flow and develop scalable scheduling tools. It also includes guiding digital transformation efforts and creating data visualizations to monitor shop floor performance.

Requirements: Candidates need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field with 1-4+ years of experience depending on the level. Proficiency in MES, MRP/SAP, and data analysis software is required, along with the ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.
