Elastomer Formulation Chemist

Job Description

Develop new commercial applications for elastomer products by collaborating with customers and R&D teams. Responsible for planning research projects, analyzing outcomes, and providing technical recommendations to improve product lines.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field with at least 2 years of industry experience in elastomer product formulation. Must have experience working across R&D, sales, and manufacturing to troubleshoot technical issues.
