Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field like Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science and at least 7 years of industrial rubber compounding experience. Must possess strong knowledge of elastomers (SBR, NBR, EPDM) and analytical problem-solving skills.
