Industrial Engineer

Job Description

The role focuses on planning, developing, and deploying automation solutions to enhance material flow and labor efficiency in a high-volume assembly environment. Responsibilities include developing layouts, conducting simulation analysis, and supporting the implementation and stabilization of automation systems on the plant floor.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) and professional experience in automation or material flow engineering. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in operational planning, data analysis, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
