Job Description

The role involves a split of 70% hands-on Java software engineering and 30% Scrum leadership to deliver high-availability defense systems. Key duties include planning Program Increments, managing backlogs, and developing automated build and test pipelines.

Requirements: Candidates need 3-5+ years of Java experience, a current DoD Secret clearance, and an active IAT Level II certification. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is required, along with proven Scrum expertise.
