Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Own business problems end-to-end by shadowing clinical staff to identify bottlenecks and designing software solutions that integrate operations and engineering. Responsibilities include writing production-grade code, managing AI agents, and performing code reviews to ensure scalability and quality.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep full-stack fluency in modern web technologies and a proven track record of owning projects from scoping to delivery. Candidates must have a personal AI development workflow and ideally possess experience in founding roles or HIPAA-regulated healthcare environments.
