AI Development & Agent Ops —  Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

Design and build the services and platforms that enable thousands of engineers to utilize AI agents at scale within the SDLC. This includes engineering the agentic harness, managing the agent lifecycle framework, and defining technical standards for knowledge base content.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep familiarity in CI/CD, DevOps, and the current AI/agentic development landscape. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to solve ambiguous problems and communicate technical complexity to diverse audiences.
