Lead Hardware Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design and delivery of hardware products and system solutions for metro and freight signaling applications. Oversee a team of engineers and subcontractors to ensure products meet safety, quality, and performance requirements from concept through manufacturing.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in hardware development. Must have proven expertise in complex PCB design, team leadership, and troubleshooting within safety-critical environments.
