Job Description

Engineer mechanical cooling systems to support demand flexibility and model thermal inertia to quantify plant flex capabilities. Design mechanical strategies and setpoint moves to turn cooling into a grid asset and validate these models through field testing.

Requirements: Requires experience engineering HVAC or mechanical systems for data centers or industrial plants with a focus on dynamic thermal modeling. Candidates should be able to run field validation campaigns and collaborate closely with controls engineers.
