Specialist, Mechanical Engineer (Aircraft Design)

Job Description

The role involves designing detail parts, assemblies, and installations for aircraft structures and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include developing layouts, preparing engineering drawings, and coordinating with manufacturing and production teams to ensure cost-effective designs.

Requirements: Candidates need a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of aerospace mechanical design experience, or a Graduate degree with 2 years, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Proficiency in CAD tools (NX, ProE, or Catia) and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance are required.
