Lead Software Engineer II

Job Description

Lead the orchestration of AI agent teams by breaking down technical requirements into structured tasks and validating AI-generated code for quality and security. Coordinate the end-to-end software development lifecycle to accelerate technology modernization for public sector clients.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree and over 7 years of experience in software engineering or DevOps, including at least 2 years working with generative AI tools. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and be able to travel up to 50%.
