Job Description

Build and maintain internal dashboards, web tools, and API integrations to support agency operations. Own the full software lifecycle from requirement gathering and coding to testing, deployment, and production support.

Requirements: Requires strong hands-on proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and experience building production-ready internal applications. Must be able to work on-site in Winter Park, FL, and demonstrate a practical ability to use AI tools for software development.
