Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead the mechanical design and development of primary and secondary components for stellarator fusion systems. This includes performing thermomechanical analysis, creating technical specifications for vendors, and overseeing the commissioning of custom systems.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or physics with at least 5 years of experience in custom system design. Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools like Ansys and COMSOL is essential.
