Principal Nuclear Materials Engineer

Job Description

Develop designs and materials for high-radiation environments and provide analysis on material behavior under radiation exposure. Collaborate with neutronics engineers to predict macroscopic effects on material properties and oversee testing campaigns to quantify radiation impact.

Requirements: Requires a degree in nuclear engineering, materials science, or physics with over 15 years of experience in radiation effects and radioactive material handling. Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in non-aqueous corrosion, neutron interactions, and data analysis using coding languages like Python or MATLAB.
