Materials Engineer

Job Description

The role involves owning lab workstreams by designing and running materials test campaigns and leading failure investigations on structural and polymer-based insulation systems. The engineer will translate experimental data into design recommendations and mentor lab technologists on test methods.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Polymer Science, or a related engineering field. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience with materials characterization tools and hands-on failure analysis of electrical insulation systems.
