Senior Staff Software Engineer, Onboarding and Activation

Job Description

Own the end-to-end signup-to-activation experience by building AI-driven onboarding flows and modular product building blocks. Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to prototype and iterate on features that reduce customer friction.

Requirements: Requires 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of shipping customer-facing products at scale. Candidates must possess a founder mindset and demonstrated experience applying AI/LLM capabilities to solve real product problems.
