Member of Technical Staff, Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

The role focuses on building tooling and automation to improve the reliability and observability of Vapi's real-time voice platform. The engineer will own reliability workstreams and deliver durable improvements to failure prevention and recovery.

Requirements: Requires a senior or staff-level software engineer with deep experience in SRE and distributed systems. Proficiency with Kubernetes, networking, and cloud infrastructure is essential, with a preference for experience in real-time networking or telephony.
