Lead the Mechanical Engineering and Machining teams through the full product development lifecycle from concept to validation. Provide technical leadership on the shop floor to resolve design challenges and optimize CNC machining processes.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAM software, and GD&T principles is essential for designing components and tooling.
