Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Loan Origination and Reporting)

Job Description

Build and scale data platforms and services for real-time loan origination and financial reporting. Lead engineers through technical ambiguity while owning quarterly goals and fostering a culture of quality and ownership.

Requirements: Requires 4+ years of experience in backend systems using Python or Kotlin and expertise in distributed systems with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes. Proficiency in scalable data pipelines using Spark or Airflow is essential.
