Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Loan Origination and Reporting)

Job Description

Build and scale data platforms and services for real-time loan origination and financial reporting. Lead engineers through technical ambiguity, manage quarterly goals, and foster a culture of quality through design standards and mentorship.

Requirements: Requires 4+ years of experience in backend systems using Python or Kotlin and expertise in distributed systems with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes. Proficiency in scalable data pipelines using Spark or Airflow and a degree in a related field or equivalent experience are necessary.
