Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Loan Origination and Reporting)

Job Description

The role involves building and scaling data platforms and services for real-time loan originations and financial reporting. You will lead engineers through technical ambiguity, own quarterly goals, and foster a culture of quality through design standards and mentorship.

Requirements: Candidates need 4+ years of experience in backend systems using Python or Kotlin, with expertise in distributed systems (AWS, Kubernetes) and data pipelines (Spark, Airflow). A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required.
