Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Loan Origination and Reporting)

Job Description

The role involves building and scaling data platforms and services for real-time loan origination and financial reporting. You will lead engineers through ambiguity, own quarterly goals, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver scalable backend solutions.

Requirements: Candidates need 4+ years of experience in backend systems using Python or Kotlin and expertise in distributed systems with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes. Proficiency in data pipelines using Spark or Airflow and a degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience are required.
